I really enjoyed this book so much. It caught my interest straight away and from then on I just couldn’t stop listening. There are some great characters, good ones, nasty ones and as you would expect a lovely ending
( Even though there are parts that you wanted to shout at the main characters ....no don’t believe that . )

What a very nice surprise …. Downloaded free so wasn’t expecting much at all. Good story, realistic characters brought to life excellently by the narrator. I really wanted to squish Emily!

This was an enjoyable story, well narrated. A bit of romance and comedy for the most part with a bit of a twist towards the end. I wish I had someone like Daniel in my life! This is my second book from this author and will see what else she has written. I recommend it!

This book was so good to listen too. I felt it was full of romcom, friends, work and family with a twist of suspence plus it was full and unabridged which is the best way to listen to any book.

I haven't heard a book from Author Jules Wake before but I will now be listening to her other books because I feel I may be a fan.

The narrator Jenny Funnell I have listened to before and she does her job very well.
I definitely recommend this listen 😀👍

This is the kind of book I try to avoid as it seemed to deteriorate into part thriller. The romantic parts of the story and quite a lot of the story were good, but I could have done without the stalker bit. I've listened to all the other Jules Wake books on Audible so I was expecting more of a chick lit book and thought she was a reliable author for nothing bad happening in the story. I don't want to tell spoilers but there's an awful bit when something happened to a cat, definitely not for animal lovers and I thought this was going to be the bad thing and then it deteriorated even more which I wish I'd not listened to and fast forwarded through and am wondering whether to return the book. It's well written if you like something that's part romance and part thriller, but not for the sensitive souls amongst us. I did like the rest of it and I think if she'd left out the scary bits I'd have really liked this book, a shame in my opinion.

Loved the pace and delivery of the narration. The story gives out major 'soap opera' vibes, it's easy to predict what's coming next. I liked the characters, the story kept my interest but I'm not a fan of soaps so I'm not the best audience type to review this one.
