I would love to rate this more highly, but in chapter 1, the first meditation, there are three errors which make it seem as if English is not the author’s native language. Because these go round again and again, once you notice them they become highly distracting. I returned this book for that reason - thank goodness Audible is so good about giving refunds. Five stars for Audible, three for this
book because the voice is excellent as is the concept but the production is poor.

Useful, some of the phrases didn’t seem to make grammatical sense though. Not being a school m’aam here but when they occurred my mind picked up on those and not the intended meaning. So I lost my concentration a little.

I liked the music and the upbeat pace of this audio book. It’s a refreshing idea to have an affirmations audio that isn’t designed to send you into a restful sleep.
Unfortunately, there are so many grammatical errors in the text being read out that it makes it difficult to focus on the the goal of overall positivity.
For instance, here’s some of the strange sentences stated as helpful:
“I make it, make my expectations clear”
“I inspire others just by being around me”
“I function on my purpose”
“I will continue to get better”
“I am willing to positively adjustment my ideas”

I’m not willing to listen to nonsense, claiming a refund.

Obvious that English is not her first language so some mistakes or statements that done make sense which is annoying when you hear them over and over.

I feel this system of affirmations came to fast, no time to ponder and or relaxed due to speed they came flying in.
Also, "I am willing to adjustment my ideas"?

Repetitive and unrealistic; it's one thing to appreciate ourselves but quite another to imagine ourselves as perfectionist as described over and over again. The narrator also speaks too fast and it's too wordy for it to be relaxing.......
