Finally Something that Works!!

What a lucky guy I am to have the opportunity to finally listen to a book that actually does what it says it will. I’ve tried so many things for stress and anxiety, and nothing really stuck until this. The way it explains somatic therapy is super clear, and the exercises are actually doable. I feel more connected to myself and way less weighed down by everything. If you’ve been struggling and feel like nothing helps, give this a shot... it’s worth it.
