Adaptable to your needs
What I like most is that it really is adaptable. Some days, I just need a gentle stretch, and the book shows you how to modify the poses for that. Or if you're feeling up for it, you can push yourself more and get a mini workout in, still all from your chair.
It's not just about the yoga either. There's stuff in there about nutrition, sleep, and even mindfulness, which is a nice little bonus. It feels more like a well-rounded approach to feeling better.

Staying active just 10 minutes a day
I have been way too sedentary lately and found this wonderful audiobook on chair yoga. I had no idea what chair yoga was, but it looked interesting. I am loving it; the best part is I have no excuses not to do it. Only 10 minutes a day is what you need to do this book. The audio is super easy to follow and feels fantastic. I'm almost done with my first 21 days and plan to go through them again as soon as I'm done. Great book!
