Firstly, the gripes. At certain parts of the audio book, the audio quality is noticeably bad. Not unbearable, but just rough and unpleasant. Also, the editing is a bit tryhard at various points. Just ever so slightly overboard, and unnecessary.

That said, I very much enjoy this series, and if the first one was a 10/10, then this is an 8.5/10. Good job kiddo.

If you loved the book, then buckle it’s about to get crazier.
The story kicks off immediately where it left off and ups the pace all the way through to the end of the book. Perry and his crew grow stronger in interesting ways, relationship dynamics evolve in a natural way and the mood of the book remains somehow light hearted and fun through it all.

Love how the cast bring the characters to life making it feel like a tangible experience and the sound effects and soundtrack breath life to scenes. Can’t recommend the book enough to anyone interested in fantasy/sci-fi, you’ll all get something to bite on in this story.

Looking forward to the next books in the series.

What can i say other then WOW!!! Paradox is going through stuff. Between the raging hormones and constant things wanting to hurt him its a surprise he has time to make cool T-Shirts lol.

overall another great story with an original take on the whole superhero/gamelit genres.
