Her work never fails to hit home right where I need it; and she gets it right every time. Her genuine, uncomplicated, straight-forward and no nonsense approach to spirituality is the anitodote we all need in today's world. She is a true master. Coming from a 27 year old Irish gal who's tried and tested a lot of the new age stuff over the years, I come back to Caroline every time.

This is ANOTHER waste of my time and money. Maybe some people will find this useful (i can't think who tho...) but for me it was just a completed cliched repeat of the same old nonsense we have all heard a million times before. Self-esteem issues are not so simple as they make out. Sorry but hated it, waste of time.

Made me feel worse!

This was.......really bad. Do your inner work instead, such as jugian shadow work and core wound healing. This was not useful or helpful and it gives you hardly anything. Caroline Myss seems to lack compassion and doesn't seem tuned into what it really is to be a vulnerable human being. It felt like she loves to talk and talk about herself. Save your money.
