اعتاد المغامرون الثلاثة ياسر وهشام وهالة خلال الإجازة الصيفية أن يذهبوا إلى النادي المجاور لبرج السحاب لممارسة الألعاب الرياضية المختلفة بين يومٍ وآخر، ثمَّ بعد ذلك يتناولون الغداء في مطعم "خفرع" بدعوةٍ من المهندس ثروت خال هشام والذي يشغل منصبًا كبيرًا في شركة المقاولات التي قامت ببناء برج السحاب، وتحتل مكاتبها الطابقين الأول والثاني من المبنى.
لكن في هذه المرة يتلقى المغامرون الثلاثة رسالة غامضة بشيفرة رقمية أرسلها شخصٌ مجهول يمرُّ بمأزقٍ حرج، وعندما قاموا بفكّ رموز الرسالة قادهم إىل لغزٍ جديد غامض ووقعوا بين أيدي عصابة خطيرة لا تعرف الرحمة !!
