Two women dead.

I don’t know why , but i just couldn’t get into this one , I usually love Mark Bellingham books , especially when he is the narrator.
Kept loosing the plot of this , i know it’s not that complicated but it seemed like it was

The inventiveness of the plot kept me listening right till the end. BUT why does Mark Billingham insist on being the narrator? He is a good writer but a terrible narrator. He is unable to distinguish between characters and there is no energy in his reading.

This is pretty dark, and so well crafted. Love Billingham's turn of phrase, plotting, twists & turns and his narration. It cracked along at a fair old pace and, having been sure I had the perpetrator sussed with some way to go, I was completely taken by surprise by the ending. I'll listen to something else next, but will be back for more DI Thorne before long!
