About this listen
What do you get when you mix a mobster with the son of the yakuza?
A marriage bathed in blood.
I never expected to be getting married, but when a business opportunity lands in my lap, I know I have to take it. After all, my family means the world to me. I’ll do anything to keep them safe, even if it’s entering a marriage that’s nothing more than convenience so I can pop out an heir.
However, that’s not what happens. The Hayashi’s pull a fast one and I’m left with a snarling godd*mn hellhound on my hands. Harlow is nothing like the demure, sweet woman I signed up for. No, he’s got teeth and he knows how to use them.
There’s no going back.
I’ll either fall in love or bury another lover.
The third book in the Vitale brother series. Each book can be listened to as a standalone. HEA guaranteed. (Will be released before December PreOrder date)

Benito & Harlow
This series has been so good but this book was absolute perfection. It was great to see the softer side of Benito although he definitely met his match in Harlow .

Two strong characters
There’s nothing about this book that I didnt like. Most of all, I love that both the MCs are strong, capable and intelligent.

how stupid can someone be?
I have to stop at 8%. This is so unbelievably ridiculous I am hyperventilating. We have a dangerous, violent mobster boss who needs an heir, so he marries. Only is he unexpectedly offered a man at the altar, and he meekly goes through with it, not knowing how to react. Yeah, not seeing the fierce bad guy here.
Add to that a restrained, loudly protesting betrothed, making the marriage illegal as he has to say 'I do' and did not. And they forget they have to make a trip to city hall with that struggling betrothed after the church wedding for the paper work, that will be forbidden for the same reason.
And then they remember they need a baby and start brainstorming surrogates.
