my favorite investment book so far
after already reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad (one of my faves) I decided to give Cash flow a go. to date this is my favorite investment book so far. some of the tips on good debt and bad debt are profound. really enjoyed the book, I think this book should be part of any investors/aspiring investors library.

Great book
Love this book, has more insight and examples on how to go from employee level to Business Owner and investor. A ton of examples and details , and also a blueprint how to start, recommend to people wanting to scale up.

The book goes jato detail on the separate sections of the quadrants, and why you should be on the right side of it. In addition, why businesses and investing could help you reach financial freedom, with education and guidance from a mentor.
