Like everything else you have to keep using the meditation most days or at least a few times a week to get the most benefits
For me I prefer to listen to this first thing in the morning upon waking, when my mind is still in a dream state
It sets me up in the right frame of mind, and gets me in the mood for a great day

I have definitely been attracting more abundance in my life since I started listening, along side other self help.
This is my go to meditation when my mind really needs quietening and my thoughts are too plentiful to calm on my own.
It will help you feel more heart centred. Calm and clear at very least. There are moments without talking too where my mind started to visualise to the music. I like the music too. It sounds like music elves in lord of the rings would listen to.
I keep coming back to this meditation.
