I knew things weren’t flowing quite right for me but I didn’t realise quite what a muddle my “project me” was in until I listened to this book. I drive a lot for work so Kelly’s lovely voice kept me company on lots of long journeys and turned them into useful reflection and planning time instead of mindless radio listening. Bags of easy tip and tricks that have slotted right in with no big wholesale changes needed.
