Kate's clearly done her research for this book and she has some great perspectives on life and great tips for everyday living.
It's not one of those hey I lost 15lbs and this is how to do it books, she gives simple and practical advice for everyday living. A few dos and dont's and her no nonsense honesty makes it an enjoyable listen/read.
As I'm a British reader/listener I will mention that all the stats and quotes have been taken from the USA but the practical side of me says that there will probably be equal or differing statistics for the UK which perhaps at some point I might look up if I have nothing else to do.
The audible version is also read by Kate, most books these days are read by someone else so to be able to listen to the author is a nice change.
Overall I found the book constructive and helpful and I am already acting upon some of the advice in it in the hopes that it helps me find my 'Pretty Happy'.

This book is fantastic for ideas of how to be healthier and more mindful in your day to day life. The more scientific information is really informative but if you've got no base line knowledge of what goes into food then this might be a bit heavy. Great read and she narrates fantastically.Smart ideas for your day to day life
