The story was excellent and a very unnerving subject. The Narrator was brilliant and her accents and different characters were fantastic. I will definitely watch out for Charlotte Strevens in the future. Peter James is always on my list of favourite authors 10/10

A very entertaining read for all who enjoy supernatural stories. Elements of mystery and the paranormal are blended in the plot, and the result is a binge-worthy listen. Recommended.

I loved it even though it was so far fetched. It was very creepy in places.
Finished it in a day so quite fast moving. Well narrated. The narrator definitely brought it to life. I like Peter James books anyway so I suppose I'm a bit biased.

I’m used to Peter’s books being read by a male narrator. Maybe that’s where this one has left me disappointed. However, as the story revolves around Mrs Hightower then it made sense to have a female narrator.
I did find the text repetitive at times especially when Mrs Hightower was talking to herself.
