Dobrodružství čeká někdy tam, kde bychom ho nejméně čekali. A pobyt v nemocnici se může změnit v supertajnou misi! Nevěříte? Tom si to taky nemyslel. Pak ale dostal na tělocviku ránu kriketovým míčkem do hlavy a ocitl se v Nemocnici lorda Funta. A tam se na dětském oddělení setkal s Půlnočním gangem! Ale žádné strachy, tenhle gang totiž namísto páchání zločinů raději plní sny. Jasně, všude se najde nějaký problém, třeba vrchní sestra, co je zlá jak pes.
