About the Author
Emily Jeffers is a pediatric nurse and mother of three. She has more than 15 years of experience in giving help and support to new parents and their babies, and 10 years in being a mom. For me it has been the best gift I got form a friend during my first pregnancy. It gives me peace of mind, I know exactly what my babies need and what to expect. I know exactly what is a good time to go out the house, run an errand, have visitors, etc. It’s just perfect for an organized person like me.
Well informative

This is a great audiobook

However, it is a great starting point. Before the book, life with our new baby was very random and chaotic. With Emily's book, we at least have targets to aim for whether things are going well or not.
Both of us are doctors and what she says makes a lot of sense from a medical science point of view. It is clear that she has looked after a lot of babies both in and out of the hospital.
I would not say that this is the only way but it is a great place to start if you would like some order and routine in your life.
Her book is very much about getting your baby into a routine that fits well around parents' sleep and sanity!
This audiobook is full of great advice
