Gripping
Brilliant story had me hooked from start to finish! My first time listening to this author but I’ll definitely be listening to more of her books. Excellent narrator

Great listen
As always, Kerry Barnes produced a ripping good story with great characters, an intriguing mix of gangster and heart and a satisfying ending. The narrator is superb.

Great Listen...
I struggled at the start to get into this but glad I stuck with it.. Was absolutely hooked from then on, listening to it constantly.. Knowing Orpington and the areas spoken about made the story so much more real life..

Excellent listen
I have found a new author, Kerry Barnes.
I only picked this book because Annie Aldington was reading and the story line seemed similar to some of Martina Cole books, which I love to listen to.
What a story, brilliantly narrated (as usual) by the wonderful Annie Aldington.
I could not stop listening to this book.
Now looking for my next Kerry Barnes book to read.
Would recommend if like me you love Martina Cole, Lynda La Plant books.
