About this listen
Without any form of operations management, the major firms of today would be in the process of putting up their white surrender flag. Operations management is extremely important to the business world, because it is now the main factor to consider in attempts to gain an edge over a competitor. Operations management is the business activity that involves the design, development, and maintenance of systems and processes that transforms resources, such as raw materials, technology, and labor, into goods and services that meet the customer's needs. This paper was written for a final paper for an operations management college class. I currently hold an Associates Degree of Business Management Technology, and hold the title of being a Junior in my pursuit of obtain a Bachelor's of Business Management.
