Such a perfect HEA story. We don’t have the drawn out disastrous third act but just enough of one to really grip the reader in. Will definitely be one of my return listens.

Hayley Cass has created another emotion packed romance full of longing and the best kind of angst. I loved the references to other characters in the Cass universe and the wonderful happily ever after.

Lori Prince’s narration is sublime. She brought me to laughter and tears.

I binged this audiobook, it’s so so good. I was so excited for this audiobook as i read and loved the book a couple of months ago. But it’s even better on audio. This book cemented Hayley Cass being my absolute fav.

felt this storyline personally..
it was difficult to listen to but addictive.
love the past and the present storyline and how each MC came to realize how they felt about each other.
the only criticism I have....
It all just ended...
this story deserves a longer ending
not a 5 minute epilogue.

I don’t normally go for this genre of story, but it unfolded so beautifully and was so well narrated that it kept me listening. Both main characters were very likeable and the only thing that surprised me was how long it took for Riley to realise her ‘attraction’ to her best friend.

Just listened this for a second time! Loved it even more. It was so easy to fallen in love with Riley and Gianna. What a wonderful love story. Lori Prince did an amazing performance. Highly recommend!

Very satisfying build up of back story and characters .
Many of us have had the experience of the confusion of feelings that can exist between lesbians and their ‘straight’ best friends….of friendship feelings and romantic feelings…of not wanting to ruin friendships or cross lines. I think that’s why I was so taken by the story, as I had experienced those feelings. There is also a lot of humour and it kept my interest to the end. Highly recommended.
