This is beautifully written and told. The characters are excellent. I am telling everyone about it as it seems to be well known in USA but not the UK

Wonderful start to a four part saga

Got this for us to listen to as a family. We talk about what we think of the book and what we think will happen. Really enjoyed the whole plot. I got so caught up and started listening to it without the kids 😂

I couldn't stop listening to this. The narration was excellent! I am a 57 year old woman, who got this for my 10 year old and 6 year old grandchildren but I started to listen and couldn't stop. I will listen again with them. This story helps me in my faith walk, this is how I think. As Christians we are in a world full of toothy fangs , physically and spiritually. When all hell brakes lose , fighting to destroy us, as servants of Christ, we will always have some sort of divine protection, we won't be taken out of the war but we will be protected and be brought through. I'm so looking forward to the rest of the saga.

A beautiful other worldly gripping suspenseful adventure for the whole family. Some scary scenes at the beginning, so vet it for those with sensitive disposition.

Loved it

My 13yr old and 11yr old absolutely loved this series. It's very CSLewis, Tolkien with its huge plot and fantastical world but with an edgy modern twist.
It is a wonderful metaphoric journey which resonates long after you've read it.

Outstanding Adventure Story
