About this listen

Life can be good when your enemies think you're dead.

But Wynne has traded one set of foes for another, and a hunter in old tech armor wants him for sinister purposes. Neither fully man or machine, it's up to this new bunker core to rise up against all odds, using his wits and technology to prevail against twisted animal-folk, shining mutants, and threats literally from out of this world....

over all a very good book. I'm personally a big fan of the dungeon core type of book.
it was a little fast in some parts and felt a little rushed at the end but I kinda liked that. no big monologues or anything just snap and done.
looking forward to the next book coming out.

very good

I really liked the first book in this series when it came out. I would check regularly on whether the sequel was out and that ended up taking quite a while, about two years I think. Of course I bought it as soon as it was out. Now it's been four years since this one was first published. I'm not of the mind that authors owe their readers anything and life happens. Mr Seiple is still publishing books though so I at least hope he's doing well. I never was able to find any explanations on why the series didn't continue. Maybe he didn't like it or it didn't make enough money, but in the end it makes me not want to read his other books because I can't trust that a series I like will be completed.

A great series cut short
