**NOW A MAJOR PRIME TV SERIES STARRING ALAN RITCHSON**
The gripping new Jack Reacher thriller from the No.1 bestselling authors Lee Child and Andrew Child.
When your name is Jack Reacher, the truth is always worth doing time for.
Gerrardsville, Colorado. One tragic event. Two witnesses. Two conflicting accounts. One witness sees a woman throw herself in front of a bus - clearly suicide. The other witness is Jack Reacher. And he sees what really happened - a man in grey hoodie and jeans, swift and silent as a shadow, pushing the victim to her death, before grabbing her bag and sauntering away.
Reacher follows the killer, not knowing that this was no random act of violence. It is part of something much bigger...a sinister, secret conspiracy, with powerful people on the take, enmeshed in an elaborate plot that leaves no room for error. If any step is compromised, the threat will have to be quickly and permanently removed.
Because when the threat is Reacher, there is No Plan B...
'Perfectly plotted, with bigger twists than ever before' KARIN SLAUGHTER
'The world's favourite hero packs an even harder punch than ever' PETER JAMES
Although the Jack Reacher novels can be listened to in any order, No Plan B is the 27th audiobook in the internationally bestselling series.
No Plan B was a No. 1 Sunday Times bestseller in May 2023.
‘Jeff Harding’s [...] narration captures Reacher’s character perfectly [...] you have to savour every minute.’ The Sunday Times

Narration is boring
Listening to the narrator put me right off of the book. All of the villains sounded the same like stupid yokels from the sticks.
Please do better.

Incredibly gr8 and exhilarating
I like every inch of the book and the performance. It made me listen to more audiobooks, Jeff Harding made me see the thriller not hearing it only.

Great Adventure - Dreadful Narrator
How many ways can you ruin a great story?
1) Apply too much stacatto
2) Strip out any excitement
3) Read it like it’s a shopping list
I love Lee Child’s books. I looked forward to hearing it on my journeys to and from meetings.
I did listen to the end, hoping all the time that the narrator would break out of his coma - no such luck!
I’ll definitely note down the guys name and make sure I keep well away from him in future.
Or perhaps I’ll simply read the books myself - with excitement!! 😊

Predictable
Quite slow and predictable. Felt it followed the pattern of other stories and was a slow paced audio.

Yep, scratches the Reacher itch. Good narration
Characters are good and plot is engaging enough. Typical Jack Reacher story. What’s not to like?

Put off by the narrator
I've read nearly all of the Jack Reacher books (actual books, not audio) but I was really put off by the cheesy and corny American accent of the narrator. (The narrator is "Hi, I'm Ed Winchester" from the Fast Show). I found him really irritating. I hoped this would lessen as the book progressed, but it didn't. It spoiled the book for me and I wish I had just read it.

Not the best but we still enjoyable❗️
Compared to the best of Reacher past, the story seemed a bit mechanical, lacking real threat and tension, Most of the weakness was in the last quarter of the story.
