Was quite good I feel it had a lot of fluff to fill it out. And the over use of word- throatly,.. irritating, narration good storyline easy to follow

Good story, well written and well narrated. I did guess the ending about half way through but that didn’t take away from wanting to binge listen to this.

Cole and Maddie both have hectic professional lives. Throw in twin boys aged six and an eighteen-year-old daughter, and the word bedlam springs to mind.
When Maddie starts receiving anonymous phone calls, she confides in her best friend Kelsey. The caller tells her that Cole lies to her, so she begins questioning their relationship. Having always trusted her handsome husband, doubts start to creep in.

Browne describes her characters beautifully, and I enjoyed this cat-and-mouse novel. However, the going around in circles went on for too long. Plus, I guessed pretty early on who'd done it!

Worth a read.

I love all of Sheryl Browne's books and this over didn't disappoint. it was brilliantly narrated which made for easy listening. I loved the ending, it was definitely a twist I didn't expect. Brilliant!
