Kate, pregnant with Finn, was so distressed that she gave birth dangerously early. Both boys pulled through, but afterwards Kate received the diagnosis that every woman dreads.

It's a really heart warming story about a list that the mum writes for her husband and children after she dies from cancer. It has inspired me to do the same if and when something happens to me so that my children would know what my wishes were for them and a little bit more about me, my likes, dislikes etc...
