Is really helping if you struggle with getting your mind to heal the negative thinking patterns of eating. However all those meditations and prayers are individually found separately on Youtube for free! Maybe just me because I am super familiar with her work, but i was expecting something a little more! But definitely can help!

I read the description but must have totally missed the part about God! I am an atheist and would never have knowingly bought this kind of rubbish if it had been accurately described

What was most disappointing about Marianne Williamson’s story?

It is really about God and nothing to do with weight loss so a very misleading title

She comes across as totally a self absorbed narcissist. Very annoying voice to that ends up spewing out drivel. Deffo not a fan of this pseudo spiritual junk. Sounds almost like satanic ritual chanting.
