I don't need to say it, we all know, but 2020/2021 has been hard on everyone. So lord knows that we need to relax more and lessen our anxieties. Well, this book does just that and guides you in a practical fashion to achieve just that; meditation and relaxation.
I began on my commute and finished during my yoga session, so listened to it all in one sitting.
The narration is relaxing, which is key for this type of book.
