Ein mutiges Buch

Ich wünsche dieses Buch wäre schon draußen gewesen als ich 27 war. Wie immer ist die Sprache so nah an meiner eigenen dran, dass es sich anfühlt als ob eine innere Freundin hier mit einem spricht.
Ich habe bisher kein schlechtes oder schwaches Buch von dieser Autorin gelesen. Das Thema mental health ist hier so lebensnah dargestellt mit allen Hürden, Zweifeln und Lösungsansätzen, das es gut nachvollziehbar ist. Ein Dankeschön an die Autorin, die hier auch wunderbar selbst liest.
