Most relevant  
Long time Dead is my first venture in to T.M. Paynes writing and I liked it. Good story with well developed characters who it was easy to find yourself rooting for. Good pace with twists and turns it keeps the listener intrigued. Heather Bleasdale was good as the narrator and kept the story flowing well. Recommended and I'm looking forward to picking up book 2 at some point.

my first proper audiobook that was not read by the writer and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sheridan is a copper in Liverpool with a team of colleagues who would do anything for her.
Jeff Nicholls is a bent copper who is hiding who he really is in plain sight.
would highly recommend this book especially when you have a long car journey because believe you me you won't be able to press that pause button

Before the end of the first chapter I knew this was a book I was going to like. But I was wrong - I loved it! It's chock full of likeable and relatable characters (as well as a few unsavoury possibly relatable ones!) and a storyline with enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. I love a good detective story and this hit the spot!

really enjoyed this book I listened to yesterday and today. the narrator was perfect for this book. payne's storytelling is brillant through each chapter of the book.

Story was brilliant with plenty of I wasn’t expecting that, a plus for me was not having the awful broad put on scouse accent, just about to start the next one.
