About this listen
So connected, yet so desperately alone - this is the new way that we are all alone together in a technological cocoon that covers our real pain. Our true essence is hidden behind screens that we show to the world, bringing us out of a natural state of healthy balance.
Speaking our inner truth becomes a huge hurdle to overcome the fear of being judged, criticized, and rejected. This is the root cause of inner discord that gives birth to disease, high divorce rates, worldwide conflicts, segregation, and war that we experience globally, as well as the many other problems humanity is facing now and in the future.
To stay present and balanced in the midst of adversity, it helps to be deeply rooted within yourself; otherwise, the mind and your emotions, which have incredible momentum, will drag you into the deepest caves of wretched solitude like a wild and uncontrollable river.
#Loneliness is a balm for the restless soul yearning for connection, freedom, and love in the desert of emptiness. Each chapter is written in a way that will feed your brain with a boost of eternal wisdom, assist you to find your inner Sonar, and immunize your being against loneliness, the virus of the modern age.

I think this is my first review. I have had high hopes and I liked that author is from my neighbourhood with ugly war history which we all share here, so he had my sympathy from beginning. But I find that this book is no real help for someone who is fighting with loneliness, no real tools and inspiration, except if you find some hope and motivation in his exceptional personal story of survivor. Also, he was not teenager in the war, but young adult and that is big difference, so somehow that is producing some pain in me, pain of not truthfulness. I was thinking listening this book, what am I missing here, is my eanglish not good enough to understand, do I drift away in my mind, or what, because real content for help to lonely people is not here. Obviously author is strong and motivated person, but sorry, no real tools here.Nor real tools
