Den danske forfatter Krista Louise Jørgensen (f. 1928) er oprindeligt uddannet barneplejerske (vores dages pædagog). Hun debuterede i 1982 med digtsamlingen "Et barn til låns" og har siden skrevet både romaner, digte og erindringsbøger. Desuden har hun forfattet bogen "Hovedet i nakken", der skildrer et sygdoms- og behandlingsforløb set indefra.
