Stick with it - there are quite a few moments where it seems a little slow but I was glad I finished the book as it was pretty darn good.
I like the different perspectives and the narration of each is good. I like Imogen Church's narration style and I think it suited the characters in this story. It is heartbreakingly sad at certain moments and having grown invested in the characters, I found it hard hitting. Give it a try :)

Unable to put this book down, superbly written and excellent narration. I frequently read and listen to psychological thriller s and this was by far the best. A must read -Highly recommended

Had to return after a couple of chapters - couldn’t stand narrator’s overacted voices any longer. Maybe it’s a good story, but to the detriment of the author, bad narration spoils the book completely.

Dire narration

What a brilliant surprise, this book was riveting once you got past the first chapter. Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Totally different from what I expected. Well done to writer.

Bloody brilliant

Wow, what a book! I absolutely loved this story. There were times when I didn’t. There were times when it was hard to read, emotionally, and the characters’ grief was so well written and narrated that it felt uncomfortable to listen. The story starts off quite slowly. It’s still gripping, and there’s still plenty happening, but you’re constantly waiting for the big THING to happen. And then so many big things happen all of a sudden and the rest of the story seems to rush at you. It’s heart wrenching and thought provoking, desperately sad, but with an undercurrent of friendship and strength. It touches on so many issues and will stay with you long after you’ve listen to it. The narrator is also excellent, really pulling you into the story and creating several very distinctive characters. I was a little hesitant about this book. I’d bought a few at the same time and left this one til last, having kept putting it off. But I will definitely be looking for this author again.

Wow - just wow

This is a well written book, full of well drawn characters. I did however, find it to be rather intense. I found it compelling, so I kept going, but at times, I wasn’t really enjoying it. The early and late chapters are the best. Sadly, the ending was rather abrupt. A point seemed to be made just before the end, that I didn’t really understand and then it was over!

Very good, but quite intense!

Really enjoyed this book. Lots of interesting characters- some rather annoying but still fascinating. Written with some depth. Love this narrator too. Found story engaging throughout and all loose ends tied up nicely too.

Loved this book
