Pero la vida y las circunstancias obligarán a Colometa y al resto de los personajes a crecer...

Crónica fiel de la Barcelona de posguerra, este libro en apariencia menudo es una joya literaria, y sin duda una de las mejores novelas españolas del siglo XX y la obra maestra, según la crítica, de la literatura femenina catalana.

La plaza del Diamante se publicó por primera vez en 1962 en Barcelona. Desde entonces se ha traducido a más de treinta idiomas, ha sido llevada al cine y al teatro y se ha convertido en un clásico contemporáneo indiscutible.

qué maravilla

Que una novela encuentre su voz en la del narrador que nos la cuenta, no se da muy a menudo. Es tan perfecta la novela y su lectura, que parecen memorias que ya llevábamos dentro
