About this listen

Jesse risked everything to bring her mother and father home, but her life is far from back to normal. With her parents’ memories of their abduction gone, Jesse is no closer to finding answers, and the threat still looms over her family.

When the agency announces that a powerful fae artifact is missing, Jesse suspects it’s connected to her parents’ disappearance. Until the artifact is found, her family will never be safe. This job might be more than she can handle alone, but is she willing to accept help from the people who betrayed her from the one person she is trying hard to forget?

The only thing Jesse knows for sure is that the game is not over. The rules have changed, there are dangerous new players on the board, and the stakes are higher than ever. She’s always been smart and resourceful, but it might take the goddess herself to save Jesse from what comes next.

Bonus scene narrated by Zachary Webber.

I was so eagerly waiting for this book and was not disappointed the least bit! I thoroughly enjoyed it and as usual, Karen draws characters that are so badass I want to be them! And oh that bonus scene! And oh that ending!! I really can’t wait to get Queen in my hands 💜💜💜

Omg I can’t wait for Queen

I have been waiting so long for this book and it did not disappoint, now I have to wait for the next! It ends on quite the twist as well. Strong characters, good storylines, well narrated - really what’s not to like?

SO GOOD

This is a brilliant second book in the series, with a clip of what it is like from Lucas's pov. I hope this means we will be getting the full series from his point of veiw. Read brilliantly again by Caitlin Kelly, with Zachary Webber reading the clip.

I have loved the series so far. The storyline has kept me entertained and not put it down. Narration was excellent. Looking forward to book 3 and seeing how the story ends for Jessie and Lucas.

I'm so in love with this world and its characters. The storyline keeps getting better and better and I for one, can't wait for Queen.

Caitin again brings Jessie and the others to life seamlessly and Karen's writing is immaculate. I cried during this book, CRIED! The story sticks to your heart.

Caitlin Kelly is the perfect voice for Jesse...

This is my fave series- it even beats Relentless 🙊.
I have already done a proper review on Amazon for this book but the audio is soooo much better.

I was super excited about the Bonus scene and Zachery Webber did not disappoint!!! His voice is amazing!!!

This isnt 5 stars its 10+....
I will relisten to this as much as Relentless Series
Well Done Karen- you smashed it again 😍

I literally, audibly gasped at some point in the story. With a hand on my face and everything. It was so theatrical, that I burst out laughing. I don't think I ever reacted this way.
For a middle book, it was very entertaining. Jesse's quests are super fun, especially one with Romeo. I loved this one!
The only thing Karen is guilty of is that once again we have a jealous girlfriend-wannabe, which was completely unnecessary in this book. I hope it is not some setup for the next installment, because it is my least favorite trope. I would like to see the author finally outgrow those anti-woman plotlines.

Super engaging!

Karen Lynch is one of my favourite authors ever. Knight take up two weeks after the end of Pawn we see Jesse find her way on her own, and she is well able to deal with everything that is thrown at her. We see her struggle to forgive the un seelie prince and his friends for the way they treated her. As you read Knight you are following the story knowing that Jesse will eventually find the missing fae artifact but then Karen goes and throws in two major events at the end of the book that leaves the reader hoping that the follow up book Queen will be released as soon as possible.

Amazing
