I love this book. The characters were really great. It has it all (suspense, action, romance, and an awesome ending). This story pulls you in and takes you on an entertaining and enjoyable journey. Such a good listen.

This is the seventh and final book in the Gemini Group series, a Romantic Suspense. I loved Jonny and Roberta/Bobby's story. I liked the suspense, the action, the romance, the friendship, and the brotherhood. This is an excellent, and explosive conclusion to this amazing series. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon did an amazing job with the narration. If you like Romantic Suspense, this one is for you! I highly recommend this series. I have loved this series. Riley Edwards knows how to combine a heart tugging romance with a thread of thrilling suspense that keeps me listening all night! I just can't stop! I was so happy to get the chance to listen to Jonny's story, as I knew it was going to push all the right buttons. To match him up with Bobby could not have been a better pick! Jonny has dealt with a lot in his life, and dealing with his family and their deaths is only part of it. He always wanted to be a cop, but lately things were not what he wanted. Now invested in Gemini Group, he has a chance to start something new. But he needs a good kick in the pants first and who better to give it to him than Bobby. She is a ball of energy, and heart of gold, the things Jonny needs. Bobby has a lot of insecurities though, and they do come to the forefront, and Jonny still needs to deal with his past. Just as things begin to go right, they do go incredibly wrong and the past comes right to Gemini's door. Will it all come to a head? Will Bobby leave? This is so good. It's the family aspect of this amazing ensemble cast Edwards has put together that makes me come back for more. Their are all intertwined, watching each other's back and keep each other safe.The epilogue is the perfect ending! It's one of my favorite series of the year!

And bringing it all to life from start to finish is Joe Arden and Erin Mallon. Arden plays the tortured soul so well, but he adds that protective nature in that Jonny has. Mallon is firm, but bubbly as Bobby, keeping Jonny on the right path. And together, these two spice is up, give us the thrills of danger and keep us on edge! Loved this story and the series!

This book was the perfect capstone to this series. John, although not part of the original SEAL team, is a long-time friend of NIxon’s and a true ally to the Gemini Group. Johnny finds himself at a cross-roads: he’s a deputy sheriff and a protector at his heart, but his frustration with his career have him questioning his life’s path. Couple that with a family tragedy involving his estranged half-brother and father, Johnny turns to his friends with the Gemini Group for a new direction.

Bobby’s career has always been tied to her best friend Genevieve’s. Even though their lives are also changing, Bobby is ready for love. She and Johnny will have to fight for their future though. Perfectly matched and good for each other, nothing comes easy for the men and women in and around the Gemini Group. Especially when Johnny has unfinished business with this old sheriff’s department.

Great story as always! I really loved this series and will definitely seek out this author’s work. Well-written and paced, these stories will leave you wanting more. Excellent narration makes this a must-listen.

Riley Edwards continues to wow me with another amazing “Gemini Group” novel, the seventh and final book which makes me sad because I love these characters and the world she built for them, thankfully there are spinoffs and she is not entirely done with this fabulous world she created. This final book features Jonny Spencer and Roberta “Bobby” Layne, Jonny is a lieutenant with the local PD and friends with members of the Gemini group so you meet him early in the series. Bobby is Evie’s friend and assistant, first introduced in “Chasin’s Surrender”. One of the great things about this series is the characters and how easy it is to relate to them, care for them and even fall for them. These two characters have been thru the ringer, Bobby did not have the best of childhoods, her home life was terrible and she climbed out of that terrible life and made something of herself, but she does not give herself the credit she deserves, she still has insecurities and issues with self-esteem but covers them well. Jonny’s childhood was great until his father’s indiscretions ruined their home life, and his half brother was no bargain, either. Years later it all comes to a head, Jonny found himself in a terrible situation and had to make a lifesaving decision, and it was a life-changing one. Adding to that is his unhappiness with his job, the red tape and ability to do what he swore to do, uphold the law. He makes another life-changing decision and walks away from it all, and goes into hiding. His friends give him some space and a reprieve but after 30 days, he was expecting them to come and get him to bring him back home. Instead of them showing up at his door, it was Bobby, the only who really gets him and what he is going through. The chemistry between these two is electric, I thought they were great together and for each other. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a beautifully plotted story with plenty of drama, heartfelt emotions, some angst, thrilling suspense, action, and some steamy romance. Riley Edwards, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride. Thanks for this amazing series and the bonus chapters at the end, loved the updates and hearing from those characters again.

🎧📚🎧 And for the exceptional narration, bravo to mega talented narrators, Erin Mallon and Joe Arden, who did an amazing job with these characters, portraying and humanizing them, naturally and believably. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance making you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Featuring two beloved characters who make appearances in earlier books, Jonny and Bobby's story is heart-wrenching and a fantastic wrap-up to the series. Aside from the usual chemistry and action you would expect from a romantic suspense series, each story focuses on truth, faith and honesty as the building blocks of a healthy relationship. Also included is the importance of healing and family. I enjoyed each book as standalone stories but also as a part of a developing series. That said, Riley Edwards does include a little sneak peak into the future of the Gemini Group members so this book particularly must be heard or read at the end.

Absolutely fantastic!! Just a little melancholy to say goodbye!

I have loved every book in this series and this was no different I loved the dynamic of the main characters and the way they fit into their friend group but I also loved that we got to see them on their own a little during their time away. They built their bond slowly but have always had the heat simmering in the background which I find beautiful. I loved every word! Thank you Riley!

Jonny’s Redemption is the book that wraps the Gemini series in a nice little bow.
Jonny and Bobby have been loving each other from a distance for a few years but Jonny’s past and work/life balance have stopped him from seeking a relationship with Bobby. Booby is also no stranger to a past she’d rather hide from the world. Once they finally get together their connection is explosive making this book super hot and steamy. As per true Riley Edwards form this book has suspense aplenty and all the previous couples from the series make an appearance.
Absolutely loved the end where we get a bit of what’s going on with everyone and are introduced to the Gemini kids. Hoping for a next Gemini generation :) :)

Erin Mallon and Joe Arden are a great cast as the voices of the characters.
