In the past Katy was taunted by Jake in high school and when they run into each other again. When he hits her car after she runs a red light, Katy immediately remembers him. He can not remember the antsy from the past. Jake has done well for himself. When Katy tells him about the past, he is horrified. He makes a grand gesture to show Katy how much he cares. But he also throws her curve, when he requests her too marry him in order to retain his position as CEO of the company.
