Hormonal and menopause info helpful. Narration dreadful sorry Cynthia! Also way too unwieldy. Definitely would go Jason fung first and even Gin Stephen’s is more accessible

This book may be an absolute gem but the monotonous delivery is enough to put you to sleep before you can take on any of the points made. With such a science heavy script, you need intonation and enthusiasm to deliver the message and not drown your audience in jargon and this was completely missing. I ended up having to turn it off and I've listened to several science heavy audiobooks, 'How Not to Die' included!! It's a shame! I probably would have let a professional narrator record it instead.

Too much detail and referencing names of things I feel I don’t need to know. Also, I was left feeling it might be hard to achieve based on dietary recommendations. Too purist. Also, how do get the PDF referred to??! .

Chapter 5. Practice “Astrophysical” activities. Really? There is something wrong with this book. For starters, references are missing and a bit of polish in the wording is needed, like astrophysical activities, when referring to physical activities. I also agree with the comments on the audiobook being monotonous.

It’s a shame as IF is a great tool
This is probably the worst book I’ve read on fasting . I suggest if you are looking for good facts and fasting guidance, check out Jason Fung
