once again i was deprived of sleep, i laughed, i cried, i grimaced i just couldn’t stop listening . Angus King just brings characters to life , love all the characters and Hoons appearance surprised me .

I love this series. Devil chicken - a brilliant laugh out loud moment. After 17 books I am still in love with DCI Logan and Angus King. Can’t wait for the next instalment.

I always enjoy JD Kirk books on Audible, Angus King is brilliant choice for narrator. This book was certainly no disappointment, ticked all the boxes. Love Tyler, Logan and Hoon to. Just hope the Hoon book will be out soon too.

Just finished the Audible version today and my god it did not disappoint. It was everything and more. I don’t want to reveal anything and spoil it for anyone who has still to enjoy it. But it was absolutely first class, brilliant, sad, intense, shocking and hilarious with some of the best Hoon-isims yet!! JD/Barry are an actual writing genius! And the narration by Angus King was pure perfection as usual. No one else can bring these characters to live the way he does. Only down side to all of these books is….they end!! Bring on October. #DCILogan #HoonTheLegend 😂😂

Obviously the author is great at constructing a wonderful story, but it’s equalled by the amazing narration by Angus King
He brings all the characters to life
