This story brought me back to the kind of magical world I loved as a child — though it’s truly a book for all ages. Clémence Legrand’s narration is outstanding; her voice brings a wide range of characters vividly to life. The book felt a bit long in places, but it’s a rich, rewarding listen. Looking forward to the sequels.
