Practical Tips
I listened to this audiobook because I really wanted to be a better person in my friendships and family. Sometimes, without meaning to, I would get upset, say the wrong things, or not listen well. This audiobook helped me understand why that happens and how I can fix it.I liked that it gave real tips I could try right away, like staying calm during arguments and being honest without being mean. I would recommend it !

Tools for Healing a Complicated Relationship
I picked up this book hoping to better understand a close family member and figure out how to move forward in a healthier way. It offered exactly the kind of insight I was looking for. The tools and exercises helped me see some of the patterns playing out between us without making me feel like I had to take all the blame or fix everything overnight. I really appreciated the focus on setting boundaries and communicating clearly without losing yourself. It’s given me a lot to think about—and a better, more compassionate way to approach our relationship.

Helped Me See My Blind Spots
I didn’t expect to relate to this as much as I did. Some parts were hard to hear, but in a good way—it made me stop and think about how I’ve been showing up in my relationships. The advice is super practical and gave me specific things to work on, not just vague ideas. I’ve already started making a few changes, and it’s actually helping. If you’re ready to be honest with yourself, this is worth a listen.
