Practical Tips

I listened to this audiobook because I really wanted to be a better person in my friendships and family. Sometimes, without meaning to, I would get upset, say the wrong things, or not listen well. Tools for Healing a Complicated Relationship

I picked up this book hoping to better understand a close family member and figure out how to move forward in a healthier way. It offered exactly the kind of insight I was looking for.
