I would recommend to anyone with a mood disorder, over stressed, depression and anxiety or anyone studying this area. I suggest other audio/books by this author such as Nature of Depression, Anger Relief Manual and Mental Hygiene and others.
All of them research mental conditions, explain them and offer some tips, self-development techniques to balance your life and to achieve Peace of Mind.

This is a lovely audiobook, with information that is well integrated in terms of inspiration, practicality, and scientific grounding information. I think it offers hope of continued and/or regained levels of mental well being and quality of life. Perfect size - not too long. It is a beautiful audio journey to the Peace of Soul and Mind.

What I like best about this audiobook is that it is packed with technics to improve your mental and soul condition. You will learn about toxic emotions, feelings. You will be advised to leave the past, let it go and forgive, how to practice meditation for soul healing and much more!
Meditation has been proven in many scientific laboratories to promote healing and well-being. And you will undoubtedly improve your own well-being by practicing knowledge given in this audiobook. It is one hour and a half audiobook to listen to, but straight to the point, without too much blah - blah...

I really liked this audiobook. Great explanations and truly helps one to realize the roots of the problem, offers good support. This audiobook would be great listening for a depressed person, his/her family member or friend, and a counselor.

I was so nervous, depressed, lots of uncertainty in my mind about everything. My friend noticed that, and she asked me to listen to this book, and I was postponing that. One day I started listening to it, and It’s like I was looking at myself and my worries in a mirror which helped me in identifying what’s wrong and what to correct. Slowly I started thinking positively. This audiobook helped me actually.

I've always been interested in mind/body connections and healing. I've long sensed that nearly all we experience physically has links to our thoughts, to issues we've struggled with in this life or previous lives that eventually manifest in illness in our bodies or depression. It is short, concise and to the point. I love it, and it's one of the go-to audiobooks that I recommend to nearly everyone who conceives of the MIND/SOUL/BODY connection as vital. I think those who work in the energy healing field will especially appreciate it.
