Not enough depth. Was helpful. Too short. Needs more in depth content. Very good though. He needs to do an audiobook on each chapter. As the concepts are so large in each chapter.

I listened to this audiobook while driving so am definitely planning to listening to it again and do the exercises. The writer made some really interesting points which have lead some great dinner party conversations.
A definite listen for anyone interested in looking at how their past effects their present and what they can do about it. Empowering!
