There's so much to herbal teas!

I love the recommendation to make my own 'brew crew' and the advice and information in this book about brewing teas and the different types taught me several things: 1) that taking the time to brew a proper cup of tea is time well spent, 2) that herbal teas have many more benefits than I realised and are a good, natural resource to tap into for different reasons whether health-related or other, 3) that herbal teas are more than just mint tea! and the variety of herbal teas is wonderfully diverse. I'm excited to explore what I've learned in my future brews!
