Eating healthy is not a cheap proposition
This book puts that headline on its head. It gives great strategies to eat healthy on a budget and help keep my health and weight on track. The book is well written, and the audio is easy to follow. The book does deliver on the promise to find the best prices and ways to make each meal cheaper and easy to do. I no longer order a burger and now cook at home, saving time and money.

Brilliant!
Don't be mislead by the title into thinking that this is just about making meals on a budget. It is much more about strategies for a healthy lifestyle that are affordable or cost nothing. It could be titled Health, Wellbeing and Personal Development on a Budget, Full of useful, even essential, do-able hacks and tips that don't entail spending the earth. Clear and pleasant narration makes it easy to absorb the huge amount of information.
