This is a touching story about John and Kara, two people who share many similarities, but had different outcomes with cancer. Its filled with many emotions and real honest questions about suffering, prayer, and God's purpose. I love how the author teaches us about God's everlasting love and faithfulness to the divine plan regardless of the outcome, it paints a vivid picture of the juxtaposition of life's outcomes and how God is always with us, even if life feels unfair. Highly recommended for all who are going through struggles and wish to be reaffirmed!
