The voice isn't very nice to listen to unfortunately , this book would be great otherwise

Voice is almost robotic and not pleasant

Nice easy view of how our brain takes us to states of happiness or unhappiness, based on hormone and neurochemical activity

Habits of a happy Brain explains very clearly what happiness is and how human brain create happy moments. Thanks to this book I stopped blaming myself and others for not being happy all the time and I became much "happier" in a different way, free from unrealistic expectations.

Very good book.

The subject is very interesting if you are passionate about neuroscience. The voice of the narrator is too robotic but one does get used to it after the first chapter

Great book, mediocre narrator

the subject is interesting. but I'm sorry if the reader is a real person as don't want to be hurtful. but really has been read badly. sounds like a robot. intonation weird. Exercises are read in monotone without natural uos and downs, without pauses in the right places. It's either a robot or a person without any interest in the topic. Perhaps they are sight-reading ? Like they'd not read it first.

An interesting book let down by a truly appalling narration. As other reviewers mention, it has an odd robotic tinge and must have been manipulated somehow. Wouldn't recommend avoiding - after the first ten minutes or so I have decided to finish the book on my Kindle.

Good book, terrible narration

second, technical terminology is used within the details

third, references! other books and people

the cherry on top, the narrator's voice is smooth yet compelling!
