The best industry audio book I've listened to. As a lifelong servant working inside the industry, this has so many values to apply to your own self development. I listened to it twice because there's a lot of information, and I will definitely bookmark this as a favourite to go back to for reference.

Very easy to follow while surprisingly entertaining
Excellent structured book, all changes convincingly explained and verified
Lots of examples aimed mainly of how to become a better communicator (or human ;) and on the “sideline” how generate new customers… and keep existing customers happy
I am not owning a gym but a gymnastics club for kids and i will 100% implement some changes after listening to the book
