A new stage of life

This was a very soothing audiobook for those who have reached menopause. It was interesting that there was a meditation centred around gut health, as women experience hormonal changes that can impact the workings of the gut. One of the most useful sayings was 'My digestive system is healthy, strong, and resilient.' The meditations were short, thus allowing you to easily find a quiet space to focus and clear your mind of the day's worries. There was also a PDF version of the audiobook.
