I love how the guy in the audiobook talks about his mom doing yoga and staying active as she gets older. It shows that yoga can be for anyone, and it can help you feel stronger, more flexible, balanced, and maybe even a bit younger. I think even my grandpa would enjoy this! It's straightforward, easy, and really beneficial.
