Game of Shadows
I really loved this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat through the entire book. Princess Ivy must go and rescue Bear and her Nan from Alena. Queen Lyric is forced to challenge Alena to the Game of Shadows to try to and stop Alena for good. Secrets to the heir of the Seelie Court and so much more. I can't wait to see what happens next!

3.25 STARS, ready for the game ★★★✩✩
This book is for you if… you've enjoyed the series so far and want to continue supporting the characters on their journey.
⤐ Overall.
Well, I did like the story of Game of Shadows, mostly. Some things didn't make sense to me. The one I can recall still is that a very certain character had a distinct change in behaviour that just happened a little too fast to be authentic. It also didn't fit with his past actions either. Since all the books in this series are super short, however, it's not like I can complain too much about it - it's just what happens.
On the plus side, I really came to appreciate the overall diverse dynamics of Bekah's plots, which is especially outstanding if you consider the limits of the format Bekah tells the story in.
Yup, that's it. That's the entire review. Enjoy this floofy pupper instead:
⤐ What’s happening.
Being the princess of the Winter Court is not exactly what Ivy thought it would be:
⇢ time to get aquainted with being a fairy
⇢ gets to know her real family
⇢ intimate moments with Bear
But actually, it's a little something like this:
⇢ enemies around every corner
⇢ abducted loved ones to rescue
⇢ everyone she knows is in danger
So begins her quest to save her kingdom, her family, and her love.
