About this listen

Jars of honey containing pieces of tattooed flesh are the first clue in the search for a missing 14-year-old boy. Then another boy goes missing and more honey jars are discovered.

A number of leads seem to be going nowhere, and the police are running out of time. Can Bennett and his team catch this psychopath before even more damage is done? This will be his toughest case yet.

I really want to give this title a 5* rating but alas have to drop a star because I'm still confused??? Love the style of writing and the delivery, the story is 'different', but there lies the confusion. If anyone else reads this and can explain to me, then please, please do. Why the honey, the bees, and the whole of the tatooed flesh thing and those particular boys or were they random? It just never became clear to me the how and the why and Pamela? Just so many questions. Perhaps I'll give it a while to sink in or maybe give it another go..........I do so hate it when I spend so long listening to a title, rewinding and rewinding in case I missed something, to be none the wiser at the end, it seems such a waste of time.

Elaborate and somewhat confusing.
